How Our Order Process Works

We process all orders in weekly batches. If you place your order before 12pm on Sunday, it will be packed and dispatched within 10 days, followed by standard delivery times. Orders placed after that roll into the next week’s batch.

  • Wash inside out, this helps to protect the customisation from getting damaged 
  • Close zips and check pockets are empty 
  • Wash at 30°C. 
  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents/fabric conditioners 
  • Do not overload the washing machine. Wash with similar colours and similar textured garments.
  • Do not tumble dry.
